Merit Scholarship for BBA & BCA Program

The institution provides Merit-Based Scholarships to students enrolled in the BBA & BCA program with the objective of encouraging academic excellence and supporting deserving candidates. These scholarships are designed to recognize academic excellence and support meritorious students at the time of admission as per the prescribed eligibility criteria and institutional norms. The continuation of the scholarship is subject to the student maintaining the required academic standards and adhering to the rules and regulations of the institution.

UGI Sibling Fee Relaxation Policy

The newly admitted student will be granted for fee relaxation as per following table in case of being real brother/sister of a student studying in UGI at the time admission only (Not applicable to Alumni)

Key Highlights

  • If the real brothers/sisters are being admitted in same course year, the awarded amount will be divided equally for both students.
  • b.The Students, who will be covered under UGI run scholarship scheme i.e. Merit Scholarship (UIM and FUGS), Sibling and Course up gradation policy, will be awarded for only one scheme whichever of the mentioned three schemes have the higher amount of scheme on priority basis.

For continuation:

  • It is mandatory that the student admitted shall have to maintain a minimum of 7.5 SGPA with no back paper in regular semester, falling which the fee relaxation shall be discontinued.

Note: • Fee relaxation, once discontinued, will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

• Student can’t avail multiple fee relaxation/scholarship at any given point of time.

UGI Course upgradation Fee Relaxation Policy

This notification is only in order to provide the fee relaxation for those students who are willing to continue their studies after passing their course from UGI colleges. The course up gradation will follow in lower to higher ie from Diploma courses to undergraduate courses and undergraduate courses to postgraduate courses. The fee relaxation will follow in following manner-

Key Highlights

  • The Students, who will be covered under University run scheme i.e. Merit Scholarship, Sibling and Course up gradation policy, will be awarded for only one schemewhichever of the mentioned three schemes have the higher amount of scheme on priority basis.
